Meet Victoria Hindley

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Supervised by Anna McDonald, LCSW

Victoria Hindley is a warm, skilled therapist who helps couples and families strengthen connection, rebuild trust, and navigate the emotional challenges of parenting—especially when raising children with special needs. With over a decade of experience in special education, she brings a deep understanding of neurodiversity, family systems, and the very real stress that can impact communication and intimacy at home.

Therapy that meets you where you are, not where you ‘should’ be

Trained in the Gottman Method and grounded in evidence-based approaches including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and IFS, Victoria blends a gentle, supportive presence with practical tools that help couples reconnect, resolve conflict, and nurture their relationship.

Before becoming a therapist, Victoria earned her Master’s in Special Education from the University of San Diego and spent more than ten years teaching and supporting families of children with diverse learning and developmental needs. She later completed her MA in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University.

Healing doesn’t have to be intimidating.

Clients describe Victoria as calm, empathetic, and deeply attuned. She creates a safe, validating space where individuals and couples feel understood and supported—whether preparing for parenthood, navigating major life transitions, or finding their way back to each other after periods of stress or distance.

Victoria offers virtual therapy in California at a rate of $150 per session and is currently accepting new clients.
